Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment clears (excluding weekends and holidays).

Cutoff times: Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options (all U.S. unless otherwise specified):

For international orders, we ship via DHL, UPS and FEDEX with estimated delivery of 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for import duties, customs, taxes, and fees.

Tracking & Notifications

Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or force majeure events.
If a package is returned to us due to shipping address issues, we will contact you and you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost or marked delivered but not received, contact us immediately—within 7 days of estimated delivery.

For damaged items, please keep the packaging and submit photos so we can process your claim with the carrier.
